Order Status

We use DHL Ground for shipping within Canada. For USA shipping, we use DHL International. The shipping can be tracked by waybill or reference number. DHL tracking link: www.dhl.ca/ca/

If the order has not been processed yet, we would be able to cancel your order without any charge. If the order has been shipped, it has to go through a normal return procedure. Contact us by email or call 1-888-232-0122 to cancel the order.

This is a "Professionals Only" web site. We exclusively wholesale products to spas, salons, nail salons, massage therapists, medical spas and beauty schools. Please fax your vendor permit, business license, or diploma to us at 416-746-0050. WE WILL VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION AND KEEP IT ON FILE. Click on this link to register on line or you could download this registration form, populate the information and fax it back to us with the other required documents.

When you check out items, you can can your contact information in step 1.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) along with any free gifts associated with the returned merchandise in sellable condition and your original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or refund your money. A 20% restocking charge may be applicable on certain furniture and equipment items. This fee may be increased on items that are either damaged or used. Incomplete displays and partial kits are subject to restocking fees. Credit issued only for merchandise returned. Furniture and special order items that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only with manufacturer's discretion. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping via DHL ground.

1.                  No products can be returned after 30 days of invoice date;

2.                  No returns without an RA (Return Authorization) Number will be accepted;

3.                  Products may not be returned until RA (Return Authorization Number) has been issued by an authorized officer of the seller;

4.                  All returns will be subject to a handling fees of 10% and restocking fee of 15% of the selling price;

5.                  The product must be returned freight prepaid;

6.                  Any product shipped freight collect will be refused;

7.                  Product returned must be in the same condition in which it was sold;

8.                  If product is damaged or unusable, it is unacceptable for return; 

9.                  Damaged items must be reported within seven (7) days upon receipt and returned within 30 days from RA date issue, for exchange of damaged products;

10.              Classique Nail & Esthetics has the right to refuse returns;

11.              No return of products due to misuse or abuse.

If paying by credit card or debit card, shipping name and address must be the same as on record of issuing bank.

 

 

Shipping/Delivery

For your convenience, classiquenails.com offers use the most cost effective method of shipping.  Some items may have special delivery options associated with them.  Please note the following while shopping:

 Courier by Ground - From 1 to5 business days delivery for items in stock and ordered by 3pm.

Shipping is based on the total order value.  Special orders, some furniture and equipment = 2-4 weeks delivery.  Please note that while you check out the items from the webstore, if the shipping charge is zero, it meant that the shipping charge will be calculated at a later time.

Delivery will be made between 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Classiquenails.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to R.R. or P.O. Box.

Large and Heavy Items: Orders will be processed and you will be notified of total charges and freight.  You will also be notified of available shipping options and charges.  all of which must be approved by the customer within 5 business days.  Canada Post is also used for delivering orders.  Please allow up to 15 days for orders sent by Mail.

Mazardous Material Charges will be added to orders containing any item considered to be Haz Mat. Please see the list below.

Due to the nature of the type of products we ship, we must insure all packages.  We will replace all items that come damage immediately and at no cost.  We may ask for an inspection on damaged orders over $100.00

International Ordering Policies:  Please allow up to 15 days for orders sent to international addresses.  Orders will be processed and you will be notified of total shipping and / or freight charges.  You will also be notified of available shipping options and chages, all of which must be approved by the customer within 5 business days.  Some products may not be exported outside of Canada.  Once an order has been approved, futher changes will incur an amendment charge. No back orders on International orders.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.  These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Produt aAvailability & Backorder: Backorder items will be held for seven busienss days.  If after seven days we are unable to complete the order, you will be notified that we are canceling those items.  In some instances, products listed in the classiquenails.com catalog may be temporarily out of stock. Your order will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.

Your order will be ship within 1-2 business days.  Delivery times will range between 3 and 8 business days depending on your location.

Shipping is based on the total order amount – we ship the least expensive and most efficient method.  Shipping and handling fees are include in the amount below.

Duties, taxes, and import costs are not included in the cost of delivery.  These fees are set and charged to you by the country of destination, based on the value of shipment and class of goods.  The carrier will bill these costs to you.

HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS

Flammable merchandise may not be shipped by any other means than by Courier.

Any order containing flammable merchandise not only carries weight and destination charges, but also requires a $45.00 HAZMAT charge.  We do not charge this fee, we simply pass it along to the buyer.  The fee will be added to your total order when your order is processed in the office.

This fee does not apply to your order on a “per product” basis, but it is applied on a “per order” basis. 

When a package contains HAZMAT material there are specific stickers that say ORMD on the outside of the box.  Items that are considered HAZMAT:

Acrylic Liquids – Monomers

Primers

Top Coats

Acetone

Gel Cleansers

Acrylic/Gel Antiseptic Prep products

Nail Polish Lacquers

Brush Cleaners

This list is not all-inclusive, there may be other items we sell that may also be considered HAZMAT.  If you have a question whether your order includes any HAZMAT Products, please note your questions in the comments box during the checkout process.

Manufacturer guidelines should be followed for storage and disposal of HAZMAT products. 

Freezing will not affect the performance of monomers, etc.  If they arrive in such a state to simply allow the product to naturally return to room temperature.   (DO NOT put your monomer or primer in the microwave to thaw)

If for any reason, HAZMAT material would arrive damaged (ie, a bottle of monomer was broken in the box during transit) the HAZMAT should be properly disposed of and the customer should contact the Courier to file a damage claim.

Many HAZMAT materials used professionally are not packaged in childproof containers.  Keep monomers, glues, primers and removers out of the reach of children including your client’s children.

Only limited manufacture warranties are available to the Buyer. WE MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND WE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We will not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.

MANUFACTURER RETURN POLICY RESTRICTIONS
Some items such as Airbrush Compressor, Electric Nail Files, Facial Equipment, Electronic items are under warranty from manufacturers. Due to manufacturer's policies, we cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns or exchanges of the product. These products are clearly NOTE in the item descriptions. The manufacturer deal directly with issues regarding their products and will repair or replace these products in accordance with their own policies.
If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, please contact manufacturer directly.

We can help you to request for a repair.  Please contact us at 1-888-232-0122.  If the item is still under manufacture warranty, we can ship it for you to the manufacture.  You will have to pay for the shipping charge.
