RETURNS INFORMATION
SHIPPING POLICY
1.
All Sales are final;
2.
The customer will pay all freight;
3.
Missing or damaged items must be reported within seven (7)
days upon receipt for valid exchange or replacement;
4.
No returns on any and all promotional items, sales
items, or discounted product for promotional purposes;
5.
Gallons/Liters and Specialty items will be charged
according to weight;
6.
ALL ORDERS will be prepaid prior to shipping;
7.
Hazardous Material Charges will be applied to some
items in compliance to Freight Company’s Ordinances. (No exceptions)
RETURN POLICY
1.
No products can be returned after 30 days of invoice
date;
2.
No returns without an RA (Return Authorization) Number
will be accepted;
3.
Products may not be returned until RA (Return
Authorization Number) has been issued by an authorized officer of the seller;
4.
All returns will be subject to a handling fees of 10%
and restocking fee of 15% of the selling price;
5.
The product must be returned freight prepaid;
6.
Any product shipped freight collect will be refused;
7.
Product returned must be in the same condition in which
it was sold;
8.
If product is damaged or unusable, it is unacceptable
for return;
9.
Damaged items must be reported within seven (7) days
upon receipt and returned within 30 days from RA date issue, for exchange of
damaged products;
10.
Classique Nail &
Esthetics has the right to refuse returns;
11.
No return of products due to misuse or abuse.
If paying by credit card or debit card, shipping name and
address must be the same as on record of issuing bank.
